beginnings

"everyone blogs." 

that's what comes into my head each time i consider doing a little blogging. just a little. but then a counter-argument popped into my mind that changed my perspective: i love reading my friends' blogs. and i'm thankful to have that peek into their lives, since they all live hundreds and thousands of miles away from me. 

so here i go. i may not be consistent, because Lord knows i am ending a day well if i've managed to shower, eat, and wash the dishes. but i figure that this could be an excellent outlet and a glimpse, for those interested, into my little life.

i'm living in heidelberg, germany, with my husband, michael, and baby girl of 4 months. we are missionaries. michael works at a church in heidelberg and i am a full-time mommy. my interests are culinary, artistic, musical, and most definitely spiritual. so here we go.
